The message of Dr. Mohammad Reza Bagheri Rekhneh, The deputy of Abshar-Atefeha International Charity Foundation on the commemoration Day of Welfare and Social Security on July 16th


In the name of God

The 16^th July coincides with the issuing date of establishment license of State Welfare Organization by the Council of the Iranian Islamic Revolution in 1980. The organization was formed with the continuous efforts of Mujahideen (Islamic guerrillas) such as the martyr Mohammad Ali Fayyaz Bakhsh and in order to fulfill the principles 21 and 25 of the constitution. The organization’s vision is to support homeless and needy families along with striving for their self-sufficiency and creating a basis for improving the living conditions of this deprived group in emotional, social and economic fields. Therefore, this organization is one of the first blossoms & successes of the Islamic Revolution in supporting the oppressed and poor people and trying to achieve social justice with a supportive approach. While in the developed countries of the world, the laws for the protection of the deprived people under the wheels of the unbridled capitalist system were brutally violated, The State Welfare Organization and similar institutions such as the Imam Khomeini Committee (Rah) at the dawn of the Islamic Revolution in Iran could managed to resound the beautiful song of seeking justice and supporting the oppressed in the world. The fruit of the State Welfare Organization during these 42 years is the supporting of the deprived, homeless and disabled people in various social, economic and cultural fields, and also the tries on creating a basis for self-sufficiency of the oppressed groups, whom, according to The Great Leader & Founder of the Revolution are the main owners of the revolution.
Abshar-Atefeha International Charity Foundation while honoring the Day of Welfare and Social Security and appreciating the efforts of all those involved in this sacred organization, knows its own religious and human mission to accomplish the path of social justice and to create a basis for improving the living conditions of the deprived sections of society that fulfilling them is one of the foundations of the Mahdavi government and the long-standing promise of the divine prophets throughout history. Empowering the deprived and oppressed sections of society will not only pave the way for reducing social harms, but also a way for the great talents hidden in these strata to exalt the Holy Government of the Iranian Islamic Republic in various fields of political, economic, scientific, military, cultural and etc. We hope the link between government and revolutionary institutions such as the State Welfare Organization and International Non-Governmental Organizations such as Abshar-Atefeha International Charity Foundation, will be able to provide a path to achieve the ideal of social justice and a step towards achieving the goal of a competent society.
